Applicant InformationGeneral: The Pathology residency program has 22 positions (PGY 1-4). Five PGY-1 positions are projected to be available for July 2010. Applications will be accepted for combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology only, Clinical Pathology only, and Physician Scientists. ERAS: All residency positions are offered through the ERAS system. Requirements: Successful completion of both Step 1 and 2 (CK and CS) of the USMLE are required prior to beginning residency training. International medical graduates must also have passed the English competency examination (TOEFL). Clinical and/or research experience is helpful, but not required for combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology only, Clinical Pathology only tracks, but is essential for physician scientists (PSTP) applicants. Applicants who have completed medical school or PhD training not more than five years from the date of application are preferred. Deadlines: Residency applications must be received by November 1st for consideration for the following academic year.
